On Saturday the 10th of March 2007 we ran a 'Roman' day at the new Bishopstown library in Cork city. The day consisted of a hectic series of events including display of Roman army and civilian equipment, induction and drill of new legionaries (over 50 children) and the award of Roman citizenship to our new troops by Senator Casperious. A fantastic day was had by all. Thanks again to the fantastic staff of Bishopstown library. All photographs courtesy of David O'Brien of Bishopstown Library.
